How to get rid of pimples or acne

 Now a days, pimples or acne is a common problem in our life. We can tell that it's a part of our life. Around 85% people suffer this kind of problem at any time in their lives.

There are many reasons behind it. But we suffer severely when it turns into eczema or other severe skin diseases. 

Sometimes it becomes the reason of frustration. We feel down ourselves. It also downs our confidence level. Most of the time, we don't want to show up before others.

Even when our relative comes to our home,we don't want to go before them. Because we feel ashamed for pimples. 

That's why, others can thought that maybe we are more arrogant or conceited. Adults should be concerned about it. Because sometimes a lot of lives destroyed for it.

 There are many ways to get rid of it. We all want a beautiful, clear, glowing skin. But pimples becomes curse against our want.

Ways to prevent acne

If suddenly a pimple raise up you need to apply a small amount of tooth paste. It can reduce acne pain. Then you can apply clove paste ,it will destroy pimple causing germs.

Also you can use tea tree oil. But don't use tea tree oil directly, it can damage your skin. So when you will use tea tree oil dilute with some carrier oil. Then use a cotton pad to apply on the pimple. Use it 2-3 times a day.

You can also use ice cube to reduce acne. It can reduce pain of acne. It also reduce the redness of acne.

Aloe Vera also can treat pimples. It contains salicylic acid which is used for treat acne by dermatologist. We can get salicylic acid naturally in aloe Vera.

You can also try basil leaves. Which works good with aloe Vera.  It's really helpful. It also gives you a instant glow.

Mint leaves also contains salicylic acid. It's refreshing, you can also take tea of mint leaves.

It can relieves stress. Since stress also a reason for pimples.

You can try honey and cinnamon mask. 

Many of us drink green tea. It's really good for our health. Do you know, it can also treat pimples. It has high antioxidant, tannins , flavon-oids. These all are effective to pimples. You have to make some green tea, then cool it off. Then, use a cotton pad to apply on pimples.

These all are mostly effective. Even I also tried this. But if you have major problem, then go to the dermatologist first. And go according to doctor advice. May be you will like it.
